October ’17 Real Estate Investors Round Table Meeting

This is an excellent meeting to network! We plan to set up round table areas and discuss the below listed topics:
- Meet the members- Find out who has been sitting next to you at our meetings, What kind of deals do they do, How can you help each other, Are they flippers, landlords, lease option specialists?
- Keeping costs down – Getting the best bang for the buck, What materials, colors or other inexpensive improvements get you the Wow factor you want, Bidding jobs, Setting expectations, Common ways to avoid going over budge
- Tenant Screening – Credit reports, Criminal history, Incomes, Social Media, References
- Finding & funding deals – Where are others finding their deals, How are they funding them, Are there partnering opportunities in the room?
This is a great meeting to do more than just listen in the audience. Learn & share with local investors and get to know how others handle these and other issues.
