A representative from Buildium Property Management Software will be joining us to discuss management software and tools, including but not limited to:

·       Manage rent collection…Who paid me….Who made a partial payment

·       How can you receive credit card or electronic rental payment

·       Arrange repairs through work orders

·       Post listings to Zillow, Craigslist and other sites easily

·       Arrange showings

·       Receive electronic applications

·       Run Credit reports

·       Use move in software to document condition

·       Get Leases signed quickly with electronic signatures

·       Store everything on the cloud accessible through your phone

·       Be able to run all kinds of reports

After the presentation, Coastal REIA Members can learn about new membership software upgrades we’re making as a group and discuss other membership related issues. Bring ideas and suggestions for upcoming meetings!
